THIS SEASON: Vavic enters his third season at USC wielding a deft and dangerous left hand for the Trojans. 2011: Vavic was USC's second leading scorer with 41 goals as a sophomore... Scored in all but four games on the year... Named to All-America Second Team and All-MPSF First Team... Also selected to NCAA All-Tournament Team... Scored in 23 games with nine multiple-goal efforts... Set career high with five goals vs. Chapman on Nov. 5... Scored five goals at the NCAA Tournament with four in the semifinal and one in the championship game. 2010: Vavic was USC's top scorer as a freshman with 49 goals, having scored in all but three games on the year... Had a hat trick in the NCAA Championship game, tying his career high and marking his 16th multiple-goal game of the season... Named to the NCAA All-Tournament First Team... Had the winning goal in sudden death in the MPSF Championship game, earning a spot on the MPSF All-Tournament Team... Also picked up Third Team All-American honors and earned All-MPSF Honorable Mention. NATIONAL TEAMS: Vavic is a member of the U.S. Junior National Team...
