    THIS SEASON: Plaga enters his second season of action at USC as a now-seasoned member of the Trojan gameplan.

    2011: Plaga scored 12 goals as a redshirt freshman... First career goal was vs. UC Irvine on Sept. 17... Scored in seven games with three multiple-goal outings, including two goals in the NCAA semifinal... Set career high with four goals vs. Pomona-Pitzer on Oct. 29.

    2010: Plaga redshirted his first season at USC.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Plaga earned second team All-CIF Division I honors as a senior out of Loyola High in Los Angeles... Won two league championships in 2008 and 2009... Also named an eighth team All-American as a senior... An all-league first team pick in 2009 and second team honoree in 2008... Played club for Rose Bowl.

    PERSONAL: Plaga has not decided on a major... Parents are Barry and Johnna... Both parents are USC alums... Father Barry swam at Columbia and USC... Has one brother, Connor, who was on the USC water polo team... Enjoys fishing and snowboarding in his free time... List Larry Bird as his biggest sports hero...
