    NATIONAL TEAMS: Hixson has been a member of the U.S. Junior and Youth National Teams.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Hixson played four years of varsity water polo at La Jolla (Calif.) High... Earned second team all-San Diego Section honors as a senior and was an all-league honoree... Scored seven goals in a game against JSerra High... Played club for San Diego Shores and Windansea.
