THIS SEASON: Burton enters his second season at USC.
2008: Burton scored five goals as a freshman... Scored in five different games... First career goal came in USC's opener against Claremont.
HIGH SCHOOL: Burton is a two-time All-CIF First Team selection out of Mira Costa High, Team won CIF Division IV championship in 2006... A 2006 and 2007 Daily Breeze All-South Bay First Team pick... Earned third team All-CIF and second team All-South Bay and all-league honors in 2005...An honor student... Plays club for LA Water Polo Club.
NATIONAL TEAMS: A member of the U.S. Youth National Team in 2006.
PERSONAL: Burton has not decided on a major, but would like to one day become a lawyer... Parents are Lauren and Kent... Has one sister, Lindsay... Birthdate is Dec. 7, 1989.
