    THIS SEASON: Borisoff brings strong defensive skills into his second season at USC.

    2008: Borisoff scored 17 goals as a sophomore... Scored in 12 games with four multiple-goal outings... Set career high with three goals in a win over Air Force on Sept. 20.

    2007: Borisoff scored six goals as a true freshman... Struck in six different games, including one against Stanford in the MPSF Tournament semifinal.

    NATIONAL TEAMS: A member of the U.S. National Youth Team... Competed at 2004 Pan American Games, winning gold and named defensive MVP... Also competed with the Development and Cadet national teams.

    HIGH SCHOOL: An All-CIF Division III First Team selection as a senior, scored 270 career goals along with 370 assists and 497 steals at La Cañada High... Team reached the 2006 CIF final... Named LA Daily News All-Area Male Athlete of the Year in 2006 and 2007... Also two-time Daily News Water Polo Player of the Year... Was selected 2005 CIF MVP... A three-time All-American in water polo and two-time honoree in swimming... Named 2005 National Age Group Championship MVP... Played club for Waves... An honor student, named Rob Thompson Student Athlete of the Year in 2005 and 2006.
