THIS SEASON: Bamberg enters his first season at USC.

HIGH SCHOOL: Bamberg won a CIF title and three league championships at Sacred Heart Prep in Atherton, Calif.... Team also claimed 2007, 2008 and 2009 Central Coast Section Division II championships... The 2008 state champs also reached the 2010 section final... Bamberg earned all-section Honorable Mention in 2008... Competed in USA Water Polo Premier League and in the ODP program... Played club for Stanford Water Polo, Sacred Heart Water Polo and Pacific Zone.

PERSONAL: Bamberg has not decided on a major, but hopes to become a film producer... Mother is Inessa Obenhuber... Grew up speaking only Russian at home until age 9... He is the first person in his family to attend a university in the United States... Hopes to one day win a Golden Globe or an Oscar as a movie producer... Enjoys tango dancing in his free time... Would like to travel to Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina and Switzerland... Born June 2, 1993.
