Suxho Helps USA Men Post Opening Sweep In 2012 London Olympics|

Former USC men's volleyball great Donald Suxho helped the defending Olympic gold medalist USA team post an opening 25-17, 25-22, 25-21 victory over Serbia in preliminary round action on Sunday (July 29) in the 2012 London Olympics.
Suxho started at setter for the No. 5 ranked USA squad and had 57 assists, a match-high 9 digs and 3 blocks.
Suxho, who lettered at USC from 1997 to 2000, was the 2000 National Collegiate Player of the Year. The native of Albania who came to America for college also participated in the 2004 Olympics for the USA.
The USA team next faces Germany on Tuesday (July 31) at 8:45 a.m.
