USC's men's and women's tennis teams will open the coming season with a complete lineup of ranked players. The USC men and women are each loaded up with six ranked singles players apiece. The Trojan men have two ranked doubles pairs, and the Women of Troy have their ladder extended out to three ranked pairs in the opening ITA Preseason rankings.

Leading the way for all is top-ranked Sabrina Santamaria on the women's side. Santamaria is all set as the nation's No. 1 singles player as well as half of the No. 1 doubles team in the land with partner Kaitlyn Christian. Together, they pounded out a Triple Crown of 2012-13 doubles play, winning the ITA All-American, ITA National Indoor and NCAA Doubles Championships to make collegiate doubles history.

The Women of Troy have three top-20 singles players, with No. 1 Santamaria joined by No. 17 Zoë Scandalis and No. 19 newcomer Brynn Boren, who joins the Trojans as a senior this season. The USC ladder is completed by No. 56 Gabriella DeSimone, No. 86 Christian and No. 91 Giuliana Olmos -- all returners from USC's 2013 Pac-12 Championship team. In addition to top guns Christian and Santamaria in the doubles game, Boren teams up with fellow newcomer Zoë Katz -- a freshman -- as the No. 19 ranked doubles team. Olmos and Scandalis are paired up at No. 54 in the land. In all, the USC women boast four ITA All-Americans in Brynn Boren, Kaitlyn Christian, Sabrina Santamaria and Zoë Scandalis.

On the men's side, the Trojans are led by No. 8 Ray Sarmiento, who lines up for his senior season at Troy. He is joined in the top-25 by two juniors -- No. 18 Yannick Hanfmann and No. 25 Roberto Quiroz. The ranked ladder of USC talent is filled out by several more Trojans who were members of USC's 2012 NCAA Championship team: No. 58 Eric Johnson, No. 63 Jonny Wang and No. 80 Michael Grant. In the doubles realm, Hanfmann and Johnson combine forces at No. 43 in the nation, and Quiroz and Sarmiento weigh in at No. 40. The Trojans return three ITA All-Americans in Yannick Hanfmann, Roberto Quiroz and Ray Sarmiento.

The 2013-14 season will kick off later this month, with the USC men and women playing in their respective ITA All-American Championships. The Women of Troy will be at the Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades starting Sept. 28. The men will be in Tulsa, Okla., for competition also beginning Sept. 28.
