THIS SEASON: Ray Sarmiento enters his sophomore season at USC as an All-American.

2010-11 SEASON: Sarmiento earned honors as an ITA All-American in singles after a push to the 2011 NCAA Singles Round of 16 after helping USC win the NCAA Team Championship... Won the 2011 Pac-10 Doubles Championship with Steve Johnson... Was named to the All-Pac-10 Second Team, and was a two-time Pac-10 Player of the Week... Played in the NCAA Doubles first round with Johnson... Finished the season ranked No. 39 in the nation in ITA singles and No. 32 in doubles with Johnson... Went 36-10 overall in singles, going 21-3 in dual matches... Played primarily at the No. 4 singles position, going 16-3 at that spot... Was undefeated 6-0 in Pac-10 dual matches... Also played at No. 2 (2-0) and No. 3 (3-0)... In doubles, was 28-9 overall, including a 15-4 mark in dual matches... Was 14-6 overall with Johnson, including a 4-3 mark in dual matches at the No. 1 position... Also went 9-2 with Daniel Nguyen, including a 9-1 mark in dual matches (8-1 at No. 3 and 1-0 at No. 2)...
