2006: Loucks played largely at the No. 3 and 4 singles positions during dual match play... Went 13-16 overall in singles, 10-11 in dual matches and 4-2 in Pac-10 play... Was 6-4 at the No. 4 singles slot... Posted a 23-5 doubles record with Garrett Snyder, going 10-0 at the No. 3 doubles position and 18-2 in dual matches with Snyder... Also paired up with Whit Livingston (1-0)... Fell in the Pac-10 doubles tournament first round with Snyder to No. 2 Gruendler/Kohloeffel of UCLA... Lost his first-round Pac-10 singles match to Arizona's Bruno Alcala... Posted a 3-3 record in the fall, competing at the USD Torero Challenge and ITA Western Regional.
2005: Loucks gave the Trojans the added depth and consistency they needed... Recorded a 19-18 singles record and an 18-16 doubles record... Primarily played in the No. 5 (5-3) and No. 6 (7-6)... Put together an 11-2 streak throughout the month of February and March... Teamed up with Drew Hoskins in doubles finishing out the season ranked No. 54 with a 10-7 record... The pair boasted a rank of 45 on April 22, their highest rank of the season... The duo collected notable wins over No. 9 Deheart/Jones of Illinois on March 23, and No. 42 Gruendler/Kohlloef of UCLA on April 15... In the first tournament of the year, Hoskins and Loucks reached the semifinals of the ITA Regional Championship... Loucks also paired up with Jamil Al-Agba (1-0), Aaron Badart (1-1), Johan Berg (1-3), Whit Livingston (1-0) and Brian Wright (4-5).
2004: Adam joined the team in January... Was granted a medical redshirt.
HIGH SCHOOL: Loucks is a 2003 graduate of Spirit Prepatory Tennis Academy in Tustin, Calif. ... Earned his highest prep singles rankings in 2003 as the No. 14-ranked player in USTA's boys' 16-and-under... Ranked as high as No. 5 among Southern California's boys 16-and-under singles players in 2001... In 2003, he advanced to the singles finals at the USTA Copper Bowl and the singles quarterfinals of the U18 California Bowl... He also finished in fifth place at the SCTA Boys' Sectionals... In 2002, he was a 16-and-under doubles finalist at the USTA Super Hardcourt Championships and USTA National Open, as well as a quarterfinalist at the Nike Junior World Championships... Also advanced to the singles finals in such 16-and-under tournaments as the 2001 SCTA South Bay, 2001 USTA National Open and 2001 SCTA San Diego...
