Christian Jensen enters his third season at USC... Recorded a 1-4 singles record in the fall after competing at the Napa Challenge and the SCTA Championships.
2001:
As a sophomore, played only two singles matches (0-2) and four doubles matches with Scott Merryman (0-1) and Garrett Wong (1-2).
2000:
In his first season at USC, Jensen posted a 0-4 overall record, playing the sixth spot in the lineup in one dual match ... Paired with Scott Merryman, the duo made four tournament appearances for a 0-4 doubles record.
PREP EXPERIENCE:
Jensen is a 1999 graduate of Corona del Mar (Calif.) High ... He played three years of varsity tennis ... He helped lead the team to the CIF Division I Championship as a senior with an undefeated 30-0 record ... The team also won the Sea View League Championship in 1998 and 1999 ... An All-CIF and all-county selection as a senior ... He earned first team all-league accolades in 1997, 1998 and 1999, and reached the CIF finals in doubles in 1999.
