USC sophomores Harrison Jones and Victoria Ishimatsu have been named Pac-10 Men's and Women's Divers of the Month for November, Commissioner Larry Scott announced Wednesday (Dec. 9).

Jones had a stellar November in which he broke USC's McDonald's Swim Stadium record scoring 464.25 in 3-meter diving in a dual meet against Pac-10 rival Arizona State. The Spring, Texas, native won the 1-meter competition with a score of 370.00 and the platform competition with a score of 350.00 at the Trojan Diving Invitational. Jones also earned another first-place finish in 3-meter diving vs. Arizona with a score of 418.00. This award is the first monthly award for both Jones and USC in men's diving.

Ishimatsu, who hails from Seal Beach, Calif. was another Trojan diving standout in November, finishing first in all but one competition. She won the 1-meter (314.40) and the 3-meter competitions (304.73) in the Arizona dual meet, followed by a win in 3-meter (334.88) in the Arizona State dual. In the Trojan Diving Invitational Ishimatsu put up strong numbers, scoring 312.10 on 1-meter, 334.40 on 3-meter and 236.25 on platform.

This is Ishimatsu's second monthly honor and the sixth overall for USC, tying them for the most honors of any Pac-10 school.
