    THIS SEASON: Sergio Lujan Rivera, a 2014 junior, is a skilled breaststroker, particularly over 100 yards but improving over 200, and is coming off an All-American sophomore campaign. He is a two-time NCAA Championships participant. He is USC's fifth-fastest ever in the 100y breast.

    2013: Lujan Rivera became a two-time All-American as a 2013 sophomore, helping USC to fourth in the 400y medley relay and to fifth in the 200y medley relay. He also just missed scoring individually, finishing 17th in the 100y breast (53.49), one spot out of the `B' final ... He also just missed an `A' final at the 2012 U.S. Winter Nationals, finishing ninth in prelims and then winning the `B' final in 53.22 (PR).

    2012: Lujan Rivera raced twice at the 2012 NCAA Championships as a freshman, taking 29th in the 100y breast (55.04) and helping USC's 200y medley relay to 12th ... At the 2012 Pac-12 Championships, he was a two-time finalist, taking eighth in both the 100y (54.80) and 200y breast (2:02.91). He went faster in both prelims, going 53.78 and 2:00.16, respectively, setting PRs in both.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Lujan Rivera prepped at The Bolles School in Jacksonville, Fla., where he helped extend his school's state-title win streak to 23 by the time he was a 2011 senior. Lujan Rivera, a prep All-American, won three Florida state titles in the 100y breast from 2008-2010 and was also part of a 2009 national high school record in the 200y medley relay.

    PERSONAL: He was born on Feb. 11, 1993 and is a business administration major.
