THIS SEASON: Sergio Lujan Rivera, a 2012 freshman, is a skilled breaststroker, particularly over 100 yards but improving over 200 as well. A factor on relays, he will challenge to become a big contributor at the Pac-12 and possibly the NCAA level.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lujan Rivera prepped at The Bolles School in Jacksonville, Fla., where he helped extend his school's state-title win streak to 23 by the time he was a 2011 senior. Lujan Rivera, a prep All-American, won three Florida state titles in the 100y breast from 2008-2010 and was also part of a 2009 national high school record in the 200y medley relay.
PERSONAL: He was born on Feb. 11, 1993.
