THIS SEASON: Ryan Donaldson, is a 2006 senior who has been a solid contributor in the medley and free events, but can contribute in the back and fly as well. He is working to make his first NCAA meet.
2005: Donaldson swam in three races at the 2005 Pac-10 Championships, finishing 15th in the 200y fly (1:51.46) and 17th in the 200y IM (1:48.99).
2004: A sophomore in 2004, Donaldson swam in three races at the 2004 Pac-10 Championships, taking 11th in the 200y fly (1:50.41), 13th in the 400y IM (3:55.50) and 17th in the 200y IM (1:49.59).
2003: Donaldson swam in a pair of consolation finals of the 2003 Pac-10s as a freshman, finishing 12th in both the 200y IM (1:49.96) and the 400y IM (3:54.74). He was also 19th in the 200y back (1:51.76) ... He swam the 400m free at the 2003 U.S. Spring Nationals and the 200m IM at Summer Nationals.
HIGH SCHOOL: Donaldson prepped at Clovis West High in Fresno, Calif., where he was a six-time All-American in the medley and free events ... Participated in the U.S. National Select Camp in the 400m free ... At the 2002 U.S. Summer Nationals, he raced in both the 200m and 400m IM.
PERSONAL: Donaldson was born on Aug. 29, 1983 ... He is a psychology major.
