THIS SEASON: Junior David Morgan Jr. returns as one of USC's leading veteran sprinters who has improved across the board. He will be a key dual meet swimmer and challenge for a larger role on relays and in the postseason.
2015: Morgan Jr. made his Pac-12 Championships as a sophomore, finishing 13th in the 100y breast (53.61, PR), 18th in the 50y free (20.11, 20.03 in prelims, PR) and 19th in 100y free (44.49, 44.36 in prelims).
2014: Morgan Jr. provided freestyle and butterfly depth in the sprints as a 2014 freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL: Morgan Jr., who prepped at De La Salle High in Concord, Calif., won the 50y free and was second in the 100y free at the North Coast Section championships in 2012.
