    USC Beats Georgia To Close Stanford Classic
    Hagestad, Kang, Sahyoun each go 4-0 on final day.

    Senior Stewart Hagestad and juniors Jeffrey Kang and Ramsey Sahyoun each won their match-play matches, 4-0, to lead No. 7 USC to a 12.5-11.5 win over Georgia to win the consolation bracket of the 2012 Stanford Classic at the famed Cypress Point on Tuesday (Oct. 30).

    Kang holed out for eagle on the18th hole to clinch the win. Senior Sam Smith scraped together USC's other half point while freshman Yi Keun Chang and sophomore Anthony Paolucci fell 0-4.

    The Trojans fell in the opening round to Duke Monday, 9.5-2.5, before downing Washington in the consolation semifinal, 10-3.5.

    USC will wrap up its 2012 fall schedule at the Gifford Collegiate Championship, Nov. 5-7, at the CordeValle G.C. in San Martin, Calif.
