Final Stats

Stillwater, Okla. - The No. 8 USC men's golf team shot 39 over par through two rounds on Monday to place 13th after the first day of the Ping/Golfweek College Golf Preview held at Karsten Creek Golf Course.

The Trojans shot 317, 24 strokes behind team leader Augusta State (293). Clemson is second (294), followed by Arizona (297), and Auburn, Oklahoma State and Texas (298).

Senior Chris Botsford leads Troy after shooting a five-over-par 149. Emmett Turner and Scott Jamieson of Augusta State (143) are tied for the top spot, followed by Jay Mundy of Auburn (144), and then a five-way tie for fourth.

Also for USC, sophomore Nico Bollini is tied for 23rd (150), junior Scott Oxandaboure is tied for 56th (156), freshman Ben Hayes is tied for 66th (161) and senior David Oh is tied for 69th (162).

The tournament concludes on Tuesday. The final round tees off at 8 a.m. CT.
