Hilo, Hawaii - The USC men's golf team shot a third-round 298 on Friday to finish in a tie for seventh place at the Taylor Made Waikoloa Intercollegiate held at Waikoloa Kings'/Beach golf club.

Troy's final score was 855, tied with Arizona State. UCLA was the team champion at 836. TCU was second (838), while Houston, Oklahoma and Washington tied for third (849).

Sophomore Nico Bollini led the Trojans by shooting 210--including a second-round 67--to finish in a tie for eighth. Adam Meyer of TCU won the individual championship with a total of 202.

Also for USC, senior David Oh tied for 41st (216), senior Chris Botsford and freshman Tyler Ley tied for 48th (217) and sophomore Ben Hayes tied for 80th (223).

The Trojans are next in action when they host the Cleveland Golf Classic on March 3-4 at the North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village, Calif.
