Miller competed for Saddleback Junior College in 2004 and was his team's co-captain ... His 72.8 scoring average was second in the league ... He qualified for the Long Beach Open with a 67...He qualified for the SCGA Amateur at Hillcrest CC, placing 10th in a strong field.

HIGH SCHOOL
Miller prepped at Peninsula High in Palos Verdes, Calif. ... He was the 2000 Bay League champion and an individual qualifier for the 2001 State Amateur championship.
