2015 USC Football Schedule Announced|
Sept. 16, 2014
Five of USC's 2015 opponents are currently ranked in the AP Top 16 and 7 are undefeated.
The Trojans will open their 2015 season with 3 consecutive home games, first against Sun Belt members Arkansas State on Sept. 5 of Labor Day weekend and then Idaho on Sept. 12 before hosting Stanford on Sept. 19 in the Pac-12's first conference game of 2015. It will be Troy's first-ever meeting with Arkansas State, but the ninth versus Idaho in a series that dates to 1922. The Stanford game is the first of 9 Pac-12 games for the Trojans in 2015.
USC first goes on the road for a Sept. 26 matchup at reigning Pac-12 South Division champ Arizona State.
Following a bye, Troy returns home for a Thursday night game on Oct. 8 against Washington, the team that new USC head coach Steve Sarkisian previously guided for 5 seasons. It will be just the third non-Thanksgiving or non-bowl Thursday game USC has played in the Coliseum.
Next up is USC's traditional intersectional battle against Notre Dame, this time in South Bend on Oct. 17.
USC hosts Utah on Oct. 24 as part of Trojan Family Weekend before embarking on its annual Bay Area visit when it plays at California on Oct. 31 (it will be USC's 13th Halloween game). Following that is Homecoming/Reunion Weekend, featuring the Nov. 7 home game against Arizona.
The Trojans next have a 2-game road trip, first at Colorado for a Friday the 13th night encounter on Nov. 13 and then at Oregon on Nov. 21. The Ducks won the 2009 and 2010 Pac-10 crowns, then finished first or tied for first in the Pac-12 North Division in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
USC concludes its 2015 regular season by hosting crosstown foe UCLA in a Thanksgiving weekend clash on Nov. 28.
The Trojans will not play Oregon State or Washington State in the 2015 regular season.
