A road trip back east to watch USC football's game against Boston College Saturday is a tough commute, but Trojan Athletics has come up with a fun alternative - a free all-ages watching party that begins at 4 p.m. at Traddie's and Tommy's Place on the USC campus.

Fans can watch the No. 9 Trojans (2-0) take on the Eagles (1-1) from the ACC in a sports bar and grill setting while enjoying food and drink specials and prize giveaways, including Nike apparel and a chance for a pre-game field pass.

The entrance to Traddie's and Tommy's Place is located on the south side of Tutor Center and on-campus parking at Parking structure 6 via Vermont and 36th is available for $10.

Kickoff for the game is at 5 p.m., but the events will begin at 4 p.m.

Troy, under new head coach Steve Sarkisian and coming off an exciting win at Stanford last week, utilizes an up-tempo no huddle offense led by on-the-rise QB Cody Kessler (already No. 13 on USC's career passing list), tailback Javorius Allen (the Pac-12's No. 2 rusher who has two consecutive 100-yard ground games and now is a 1,000-yard career runner) and wide receiver Nelson Agholor, coming off a career-best outing for receptions.

The stout Trojan defense, which is in the national Top 15 in interceptions, turnover margin, scoring defense and red zone defense, is led by All-American defensive end Leonard Williams, two-time season tackle leader linebacker Hayes Pullard and 2013 Freshman All-American safety Su'a Cravens.
