Keyshawn Johnson, USC's 1995 All-American first team wide reeiver, will be inducted into the 2007 class of the Cotton Bowl Hall of Fame on April 17 at Cotton Bowl Plaza, Fair Park, in Dallas.

Johnson was named the Cotton Bowl Offensive MVP as a 1994 junior when he caught 8 passes for game-records of 222 yards and 3 touchdowns in leading the Trojans to a 55-14 victory over Texas Tech on Jan. 2, 1995. That was USC's only appearance in the Cotton Bowl.

Joining Johnson as 2007 class inductees are Oklahoma A&M's Bob Fenimore (1945), Texas A&M's Dat Nguyn (1998), Texas' Jerry Sisemore (1971-73) and Notre Dame coach Ara Parseghian (1970-71), along with Cotton Bowl photographer Brad Bradley (1948-present).

Johnson caught 168 passes for 2,796 yards and 16 TDs in his 2-year USC career. As a senior in 1995, he finished seventh in the Heisman Trophy voting, was the Pac-10 Offensive Player of the Year and earned Rose Bowl MVP honors. He had 17 100-yard receiving games in his Trojan career, including an NCAA record 12 in a row. The No. 1 pick of the 1996 NFL draft, he has played in the NFL since then with Jets, Buccaneers and Cowboys.
