USC Strength And Conditioning Clinic Set For April 27 At McKay Center Weight Room|

The USC Strength and Conditioning Clinic, a comprehensive clinic open to coaches and trainers of all levels, will be held on April 27 in the state-of-the-art weight room of USC's new John McKay Center.
The clinic will be led by Aaron Ausmus, USC's head strength and conditioning coach, and his staff. It will feature guest presentations by LSU head strength and conditioning coach Tommy Moffitt, Duke head strength and conditioning coach Noel Durfey and Servite High School head football coach Troy Thomas.
Cost of the clinic is $100 per person, with a $20 per person discount available to staffs who sign up four or more attendees.

Registration and check-in for the clinic, presented by Hammer Strength, begins at 7 a.m. Presentations by Moffitt, Durfey and Thomas will begin at 8 a.m., followed by lunch at 11 a.m. Ausmus will address the attendees at noon. Then, at 1 p.m., the USC strength and conditioning staff will conduct breakout demonstrations and interactive workshops on the topics of speed, Olympic lifts and strength progressions. The clinic will conclude with a 3 p.m. question and answer session.
Attendees will receive a DVD of the day's presentations, a clinic T-shirt and lunch.
