LOS ANGELES-The date of USC's home football game against Oregon State this coming season has been moved to Dec. 6.

The game originally was scheduled for Nov. 8 in the Coliseum. It was moved to be played on college football's "Championship Saturday."

This will be the latest that USC has played a regular season game since it beat Notre Dame in 1980, also on Dec. 6.

The Trojans are coming off an 11-2 season in which they were ranked No. 4 nationally, won the Orange Bowl and shared the Pac-10 championship.
