    The 10th annual USC / Nike Coach of the Year Clinic will take place on Feb. 15th and 16th at the Galen Center (3400 S. Figueroa St.) on the USC Campus.

    The event will feature lectures and demonstrations by the entire USC coaching staff along with an outstanding lineup of guest speakers, including California head coach Sonny Dykes, Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley, BYU head coach Bronco Mendenhall, San Diego State head coach Rocky Long, Fresno State head coach Tim DeRuyter and Nevada head coach Brian Polian.

    The clinic kicks off at 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 15, with a presentation by USC strength and conditioning coach Aaron Ausmus. Then, USC associate head coach and special teams coordinator John Baxter will lecture on special teams play. After dinner, which will include a speech by USC athletic director Pat Haden, and a USC highlight video, Kiffin will give an introductory talk, followed by roundtables and breakout sessions with USC offensive and defensive assistant coaches. Registration opens at 3 p.m. on Friday.

    On Saturday, Feb. 16, a Win Forever workshop about "Developing and Implementing Your Philosophy and Elevating the Competitive Mindset" will begin at 9 a.m., followed by instructional talks before and after lunch by Dykes, Bradley, Mendenhall, Long, DeRuyter and Polian. The afternoon will also feature USC's strength and conditioning staff conducting a speed and movement training clinic in the weight room of the new John McKay Center. Registration that day begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Galen Center.

    Cost of the clinic is $85 for any one day or $130 for both days. The clinic offers a staff discount of $30 of per person for groups of five or more who register together. Included in the clinic cost are meals each day and an exclusive instructional DVD.
