    2002:
    The reliable Wilson started for his fourth season at right offensive guard as a senior in 2002. He made the 2002 All-Pac-10 second team and was USC's Offensive Lineman of the Year. He also made The Sporting News' All-Pac-10 first team. He missed the Auburn opener because of a sprained left foot suffered during 2002 fall practice and did not start the next game at Colorado (but he did play).

    2001:
    Wilson started for his third season at right offensive guard as a junior in 2001 and did a steady job. He started 11 games in 2001 (he did not start at Arizona because of an elbow injury, but did play).

    2000:
    As just a sophomore in 2000, Wilson started for his second season at right offensive guard and did a solid job. After the season, he had arthroscopic surgery to remove torn cartilage in his left knee.

    1999:
    Wilson began his 1999 redshirt freshman season as the backup to Jason Grain at right offensive guard and as a special teams performer, but when Grain suffered a season-ending knee injury, Wilson started there for USC's final 7 games. He did well enough to earn 1999 The Sporting News Freshman All-American second team honors. He appeared in all 12 games in 1999. He made 1 tackle (against Arizona State).

    1998:
    Wilson redshirted as a freshman offensive guard in 1998, his first year at USC. He was named USC's Black Shirt (scout team) Offensive Player of the Year.

    HIGH SCHOOL:
    He was named to the 1997 Prep Star All-American, ESPN/National Recruiting Advisor All-American second team, Super Prep All-Farwest, Prep Star All-Western Region, Long Beach Press-Telegram Best of the Rest, Cal-Hi Sports All-State second team, Cal-Hi Sports All-State Medium Schools first team, All-CIF Division VIII first team, Los Angeles Times All-Southeast, Long Beach Press-Telegram Dream Team second team and All-Suburban League (offense and defense) as a senior at Mayfair High in Lakewood (Calif.). A 2-way lineman, he had 40-plus tackles, 5 sacks, 1 fumble recovery and 1 deflection on defense in 1997. Mayfair went 7-3 in 1997. As a junior in 1996, he earned Long Beach Press-Telegram Dream Team honorable mention and All-Suburban League (offense and defense) honors and posted 57 tackles (42 solo), 24 tackles for losses, 4 sacks, 3 forced fumbles and 2 fumble recoveries on defense. He had an 87% blocking grade in 1996. Mayfair was 10-1 in 1996. He started for 3 years (Mayfair went 8-2 in 1995). He posted 111 tackles and 16.5 sacks in his career.
