2001: Wallace was set to serve as a backup weakside linebacker as a senior in 2001, but quit the team in 2001 fall camp.
2000: Wallace was a reserve weakside linebacker and played on special teams as a junior in 2000. Overall in 2000 while appearing in 10 games (all but Arizona and Arizona State), he made 1 tackle (versus Penn State).
1999: Wallace served as a backup linebacker and key special teamer as a sophomore in 1999. Overall in 1999 while appearing in all 12 games, he made 8 tackles (including 2 against Hawaii and Oregon State).
1998: Wallace was a reserve linebacker and special teams player as a redshirt freshman in 1998. Overall in 1998 while appearing in all 13 games, he made 2 tackles and, as the up-man on the kickoff return team, returned 1 short kickoff 9 yards (against Purdue). He was moved from fullback in 1998 fall drills.
1997: Wallace redshirted as a freshman fullback in 1997, his first year at USC.
HIGH SCHOOL: He was a 1996 Prep Star All-Pac-10 Region, South Bay Daily Breeze All-South Bay second team and All-Mission League first team choice as a senior at Bishop Montgomery High in Torrance (Calif.). In 1996, he ran for 1,110 yards on 192 carries (5.8 avg.) with 7 TDs. He once ran for 250 yards in a game.
He also started as a 1995 junior. Current Trojans Eric Torres and David Davis also prepped at Bishop Montgomery.
PERSONAL: He's a public policy and management major at USC. He lists drawing as his hobby. His sports idol is Michael Jordan.
