THIS SEASON: Walk-on player Ryan Goldston, a 5-foot-10, 165-pound freshman in 2006, adds to the Trojans guard depth.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Monclair Prep in Panorama City, Calif. with his twin brother, Adam, who also is a walk-on on the USC basketball team. Montclair Prep won the Southern Section Division 4-A title, but lost in the first round of the state tournament. His team finished with a record of 25-8. Finished third on the team with 22 three-pointers made. Played two years of AAU ball for Pump `N' Run. Named to the all-star team at the Adidas West Coast Camp.
PERSONAL: Goldston was born on Apri 28, 1987. He is majoring in business at USC. Lists his favorite movie at "He Got Game" and his favorite recording artist as Jay-Z. His biggest sports hero is Steve Nash and his favorite food is a cheeseburger. He and his brother, Adam, become the third set of twins to play for USC in the last three seasons, joining Derrick and Errick Craven (2002-05) and Lodrick and Rodrick Stewart (2003-04).
