THIS SEASON: Walk-on player Adam Goldston, a 5-foot-10, 185-pound freshman in 2006, adds to the Trojans guard depth.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Monclair Prep in Panorama City, Calif. with his twin brother, Ryan, who also is a walk-on on the USC basketball team. Montclair Prep won the Southern Section Division 4-A title, but lost in the first round of the state tournament. His team finished with a record of 25-8. Played AAU ball for Pump `N' Run. Named to the all-star team at the Adidas West Coast camp.
PERSONAL: Goldston was born on April 28, 1987. He is majoring in business at USC and would like someday to work in the entertainment industry. Lists his favorite movie as "He Got Game" and his favorite recording artist is Slim Thug. Says his biggest sports hero is "Pistol" Pete Maravich. He and his brother, Ryan, become the third set of twins to play for USC in the last three seasons, joining Derrick and Errick Craven (2002-05) and Lodrick and Rodrick Stewart (2003-04).
