BREAKDOWN: Aaron Fuller is a 6-6, 235-pound forward who is a fundamentally sound and intuitive player who will be counted upon heavily in the the 2011-12 season, after a redshirt season following his transfer from Iowa. The left-hander has excelled in both the mid-range area and in the paint where he can use either hand to score.

2010-11: Practiced with the team while serving his redshirt season following transfering from Iowa.

2009-10: Was named honorable mention All-Big Ten as he averaged 9.7 points and a team-leading 6.2 rebounds in 30 games. Fuller made 22 starts, including all 18 conference games. He led the Hawkeyes with and average of 12.3 points and 9.7 rebounds in Big Ten play. Posted a team-best six double-doubles, five of which came against league opponents. His four double-doubles during league play ranked fourth-best in the conference. He ranked third in the nation in rebounding improvement from non-conference to conference play (+4.3). Led Iowa in rebounding a team-best 14 times, including 12 of the last 16 games. Led or shared team-high honors in scoring eight times and steals six times. Missed two games (Wichita State and NC Central) due to an injured left ankle. Posted his sixth double-double of the season vs. Michigan at the Big Ten Tournament, scoring 10 points and matching a career high with 13 rebounds. Notched a team-high 24 points, a team-high 10 rebounds, a team-high two steals and made a career-high eight free throws in win over Penn State. Registered 13 points and a team-best 11 boards in triumph over Northwestern. Recorded fifth double-double in overtime loss to Michigan, setting or matching career highs in points (30), rebounds (13), field goals made (11), free throws made (8) and free throws attempted (11). Ranked second in Big Ten offensive rebounds (2.7), for all games. Ranked first in Big Ten offensive rebounds (3.4), for conference games only. Tallied eight points and five rebounds, playing significant minutes coming back from injury (19 minutes) in win over Prairie View A&M. Returned to starting lineup, scoring 15 points, grabbing eight rebounds and played a season-high 34 minutes vs. No. 4 Purdue. Scored 24 points and secured 10 rebounds in win over Tennessee State. Led team with 16 points and eight rebounds at Michigan. Notched 13 points, nine rebounds, one block, two steals and a career-high three assists at No. 6 Michigan State. Collected 11 points and a team-high 11 rebounds at No. 13 Ohio State. Scored a team-high 16 points at Minnesota.

2008-09: Started 19 times while playing in all 32 games. Averaged 4.0 points and 2.7 points per game. Had seven points and six rebounds vs. Michigan in Big Ten Tournament. Scored 10 points with three rebounds and two steals at Michigan State . Registered seven points and six rebounds in career-high 45 minutes in OT win over Michigan. Had a then career-high 16 points, along with four rebounds at Penn State. Had seven points and seven rebounds in two-point win over Kansas State. Had five points, five rebounds, three blocks and three steals in 21 minutes of action in win over Southeast Missouri State.

HIGH SCHOOL: Named Player of the Year for Class 4A-5A in Arizona by the Arizona Republic as a senior. Earned first team all-state honors as a senior and was second team as a junior. Also was first team all-conference as a junior and senior, along with earning MVP honors as a senior. Selected as team Most Valuable Player as a junior and senior and team captain as a senior. Named 2007-08 East Valley Region Player of the Year and East Valley Tribune Player of the Year. Was selected to compete in Arizona All-Star Game. Helped lead Mesa to a 17-11 record, including 6-2 conference mark. Led team to East Valley Region championship. Fuller set single a game scoring record with 46 points against Westwood. He tied school record for field goals in a season (237) and set single season scoring record with 631 points. He averaged 24.5 points, 10.8 rebounds and 2.1 blocked shots per game as a senior, while shooting 61-percent from the field and 73-percent from the free throw line. Suffered a broken bone in his jaw in the regional tournament championship and missed Class 5A Division I tournament loss.

PERSONAL: Aaron Fuller was born on Dec. 3, 1989 in Mesa, Ariz. He is the son of Sarita and Darryl Fuller. Fuller had a 3.1 GPA at Mesa High where his basketball coach was Shane Burcar.
