He is an aggressive and tough player with the ability to be a disruptive force on the defensive end. He showed great improvement as a player over his final two seasons of high school basketball. HIGH SCHOOL: Bryan attended Oaks Christian HS in Westlake Village, Calif. He averaged 16 points, five assists and two steals his senior year when he led the Lions to a 22-6 record. Scored a high school game high of 31 points vs. Village Christian. Oaks Christian advanced to the CIF-Southern Section quarterfinals where they lost 50-48 to La Verne Lutheran despite 18 points from Bryan. He was the team's MVP and assist leader both as a junior and senior. He was ranked by Max Preps as a top 50 player as a junior and senior and was ranked No. 24 in the state by Cali High. Bryan was named first team All-State by ESPN Los Angeles as a junior and honorable mention as a senior. He was also named to the Daily News first team his final two seasons at Oaks Christian. Was a first team selection as a junior and senior to the All-Tri-Valley League, All-Ventura County and All-CIF Division IV. He was also named first team All-America NCSAA as a senior and second team as a junior. PERSONAL: Bryan was born on March 11, 1994. Named a USC Presidental Scholarship winner for academic excellence, leadership, and community service. |
