LOS ANGELES - USC junior right-handed pitcher Kyle Davis was the 29th round selection of the Toronto Blue Jays on day three of the MLB First Year Player Draft.
Davis (Garden Grove, Calif./Pacifica HS) was the 872nd overall pick and the 10th Trojan all-time to be drafted by the Toronto club. Davis' former teammate Bob Wheatley was the 26th round selection of the Blue Jays as a senior in 2014.
