    WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - USC senior right-handed pitcher Logan Odom (Central Point, Ore.) has been named Pac-10 Pitcher of the Week for March 7-13, Commissioner Larry Scott announced today.

    Odom threw 7 1/3 scoreless innings Sunday as the Trojans upset No. 13 UCLA, 2-0, in the Dodgertown Classic finale. Odom allowed just four hits with two walks and recorded four strikeouts in front of 11,680 at Dodger Stadium. He has a 1.66 ERA in his last three starts, allowing only four earned runs in 21 2/3 innings, all against ranked opponents.

    This is the Odom's first career Pac-10 Pitcher of the Week honor and the 62nd all-time selection for USC.

    USC opens a 10-game homestand tomorrow with a 6 p.m. game against Louisville. The game will feature a video webcast on usctrojans.com.
