    Last summer, Kalter played for the Berkshire Dukes in the New England Collegiate League and was named as the Top Pro Prospect by the league after batting .353 with five home runs, 21 RBI and 15 stolen bases...also named the No. 2 prospect by Baseball America...on the mound, Kalter went 1-1 with a 1.47 ERA (43 IP, 35 H, 7 ER, 12 BB, 34 SO).
