    As a sophomore in 2012, Hernandez appeared in 42 games, making 26 starts, mostly as a designated hitter or catcher ... He hit .286 (26-for-91) with 15 RBIs and four doubles ... He also scored eight runs ... Had an on-base percentage of .340 and slugging percentage or .330 ... Tallied a season high three RBIs at Washington State (3/31), on a 3-for-4 day ...
