    2000: Started in 56 games this season as the Trojans' right fielder...fourth on the team in batting average...named to the All Pac-10 Honorable Mention list...had 25 multi-hit games...recorded only three errors defensively for a .977 fielding percentage...registered his sixth three-hit game on May 27 vs. Loyola Marymount at the NCAA First-Round Regional...had the game-winning hit with a double in the ninth on April 2 in a 6-2 win at Arizona...had a nine-game hitting streak snapped on March 31 at Arizona.

    JUNIOR COLLEGE: The 1999 Northern California JC Player of the Year at Santa Rosa (Calif.) Junior College, Garibaldi led the state in RBI (77), runs (70) and hits (78) and set Santa Rosa records in those categories...batting average of .459 and 14 home runs rank second in school history...also earned All-American honors and was the Bay Valley Conference?s Player of the Year...did not play during the 1998 season and redshirted.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Garibaldi was a 1997 prep All-American at Casa Grande High in Petaluma, Calif., as well as a three-time (1995-97) All-Sonoma County League pick....batted .427 as a sophomore, .477 as a junior and .488 as a senior...named a North Coast Section Scholar-Athlete...participated in the Team One National Showcase and the Sun Belt Classic All-Star Tournament...a year after graduating, Garibaldi spent the 1998 season as an assistant coach at Casa Grande, which won the section title.
