As a 2006 senior, Frost will be one of the Trojans' starting outfielders...he can also be utilized as a catcher or designated hitter.

Summer
Last summer, Frost played for the Chatham A's of the Cape Cod Baseball League...he batted .343 (48-for-140) with 12 doubles, a home run and 13 RBI...his batting average was the second-highest in the league...played in the CCBL All-Star Game.

2005
In his 2005 junior season, Frost batted .274 (54-for-197) with 10 doubles, four home runs and 30 RBI...hit his first home run of the season on May 1 at Arizona off closer Mark Melancon...on May 13 against Washington State, he went 2-for-3 and hit a grand slam as part of a career-high five-RBI evening in USC's 9-1 win..had a season-high, 12-game hitting streak (May 15-June 4), where he batted .341 (14-for-41) with four doubles, two home runs and three RBI.

2004
He led the Trojans with 20 doubles as a 2004 sophomore...played in every game during the season, serving either as a catcher, left fielder or designated hitter...batted .303 (64-for-211) with four home runs and 32 RBI...went 8-for-15 during the Arizona State series (April 2-4) with two doubles, a home run and seven RBI...on April 3 against No. 14 ASU, he went 3-for-6 with a double, home run and career-high six RBI...registered two doubles in a game four times during the season (Feb. 14 vs. Long Beach State, Feb. 28 vs. Oklahoma, March 6 vs. Stanford and March 20 at South Alabama)...during the summer, as a member of the Alexandria Beetles in the Northwoods League, he batted .278 (65-for-234) in 64 games with 14 doubles, seven home runs, 36 RBI and seven stolen bases.

2003
Frost played in 24 games as a 2003 freshman, batting .265 (9-for-34) with a home run and three RBI...played as an outfielder, catcher and designated hitter.

High School
He was named CIF San Diego Division III Player of the Year in his senior season at St. Augustine High in San Diego, Calif...batted .541 with 11 home runs and 39 RBI as a senior...named Central League Player of the Year in his sophomore season after batting .418 with 11 home runs, 47 RBI and 11 stolen bases.
