    Cats Walk 10 in USC's 12th-Straight Tucson Win

    TUCSON, Ariz. -- Junior right-hander Seth Etherton (7-2) worked eight innings allowing one unearned run on four hits while striking out 11, leading No. 15 Southern California (33-16, 14-12 in the Six-Pac) to its 12th-straight win over Arizona (29-21, 11-12) in Tucson, 10-1, Saturday night.

    Arizona pitchers walked 10 batters, including seven in a five-run sixth inning in which USC did not pick up a base hit. Sophomore lefty James Johnson (4-6) took the loss for the Cats.

    Sophomore center fielder Robb Gorr collected two hits, including his second home run of the year, leading the Trojan attack.

    The two teams complete their series at 1 p.m. Sunday at Sancet Field.
