Before their convincing victory over Fresno State at the Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl, the Trojans impressed off the field with visits to two area non-profits. The players made community stops to deliver shoes and holiday cheer to children in need.

Their first visit was to Opportunity Village, an organization that serves children in the Southern Nevada community with intellectual disabilities. Here the Trojans, alongside the Bulldogs from Fresno State, interacted with children and their families.

A second group delivered shoes and other supplies to 400 disadvantaged children as part of the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation event at Squires Elementary School. Children were sized by the athletes and then selected their new pair of sneakers from the Goodie Two Shoes semi-truck.

With 22 players in attendance, the Trojans made a statement about the importance of the wider community, no matter how far from home.
