    USC Adds Elite Sprinter Thymes To 2015 Track & Field Roster

    USC has added elite sprinter Just'N Thymes to the 2015 track and field roster, it was announced by Director of Track & Field Caryl Smith Gilbert today (Jan. 15). Thymes is an All-America sprinter from Riverside City College, who transfers to USC with two seasons of eligibility, beginning this season.

    Thymes has a 100m best of 10.18 and a 200m legal best of 20.61. He also ran a wind-aided time of 20.42 in the preliminaries of the 200m dash at the 2014 Southern California Junior College Championships and went on to win the 200m with a wind-aided time of 20.55 and capture the 100m title with a time of 10.19.

    He took second in the 100m and 200m at the 2014 CCCAA State Men's Track and Field Championships to help lead Riverside CC to its sixth title in seven seasons.

    Thymes had a 200m dash time of 20.61 to win the title at the 2013 USA Junior National Championships in Des Moines, Ia. He went on to represent the USA at the Pan-American games in Colombia.

    Thymes is a 2012 graduate from Hamilton High in Chandler, Ariz.
