USC delved into the indoor season this weekend as the Trojans sent a group of 15 athletes to compete at the Cherry & Silver Invitational held at the Albuquerque Convention Center in Albuquerque, N.M.

The Trojans had some solid opening times and distances like Vanessa Jones running a 55.70 400m dash to finish fourth, Alitta Boyd posting a long jump of 19-6.00 ((5.94m) to place second and the women's 4x400m relay winning with a time of 3:45.89, nearly two seconds faster than the second place team.
