THIS SEASON: Redshirt junior Greg Woodburn will compete in the distance races for USC.

2011: Woodburn had season bests of 4:25.02 in the 1500m and 9:42.65 in the 3000m races.

2010: Did not compete due to injury.

2009: Had a best 3000m time of 9:21.54 at the Trojan Invitational on March 21.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Ventura High where he had a best 1500m time of 4:09 and a top 5000m mark of 16:04.

PERSONAL: Greg was born on Dec. 22, 1989...His hobbies include running, painting, reading and social entrepreneurship...Lists his favorite musical performers as Coldplay, Jack Johnson, John Coltrane and Frank Sinatra...His favorite movie is It's A Wonderful Life..Is a Trustee Scholar and a track and field representative for the Trojan Athletic Senate...He was also a Rhodes Scholar finalist...He is a History major with a double minor in Painting and Entrepreneurship...His sister, Dallas, graduated from USC in 2009...Has established Share Our Soles program in which he collects shoes and distributes them to those in need locally and globally...
