    THIS YEAR: Senior Ryan Wilson is aiming to become a three-time All-American in the 110m HH. He could challenge for the NCAA title in 2003.

    2002: Wilson had another fine season as a junior, finishing sixth at the NCAAs in a time of 13.70 ... He jumped to sixth on the all-time USC 110m HH chart when he ran a PR 13.55 at the Stanford Relays ... He won his second Pac-10 110m HH title in 13.81 ... Also ran a team-best 51.60 in the 400m IH and long jumped 23-11 ... Was slowed much of the season with an ankle injury.

    2001: Wilson scored USC's highest finish in the high hurdles at the NCAAs since Mark Crear won it in 1992 ... Ran 13.79w to take third and earn All-American honors ... Was fourth in the Pac-10 in the 110m HH and second in the 400m IH ... Won both hurdles at the UCLA dual meet to help key the Trojans' win ... Ran PRs of 13.69--ninth all time at USC--in the 110m HH against LSU and 50.82 in the 400m IH in the prelims of the Pac-10s ... Also ran on USC's 1600m relay squad.

    2000: Ryan came to USC as one of the top prep hurdlers in the nation and he lived up to his billing ... His times improved as the year wore on, culminating with him running 13.83w to win the 110m HH at the Pac-10s ... He just missed advancing to the finals of the 110m HH at the NCAAs with a PR 14.00 to finish sixth in the third heat ... Ran a 13.79w to finish third in a fine field at the USTCA Invitational ... Ran a PR 51.69 in the 400m IH at the Mt. SAC Relays.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Wilson ran the third best 300 IH time (36.46) in the nation in 1999 as a senior at Westerville North High in Gahanna, Ohio ... Named All-American, All-Ohio and All-Ohio Capital Conference ... Also competed in the 110m HH, Long Jump and 1,600m relay, as well as soccer and basketball ... Qualified for the State Track Meet in four events (the maximum) all four years of high school - and scored in 14 of the 16 events ... Was MVP of his track team all four years in high school ... Was the state Gatorade Player of the Year as a junior and the regional Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior ... He owns the third-fastest 110m HH time in Ohio prep history ... Earned Academic All-Ohio honors in the classroom.

    PERSONAL: Ryan was born on Dec. 19, 1980 ... He's a sociology major at USC.
