THIS YEAR: Sophomore Kristopher Washington will be looked upon to help USC in the middle distances. Closed out a strong Fall by running anchor for the winning team at the Challenge Relays on Dec. 6.
2010: Washington had a season-best time of 1:54.73 to place 10th in the 800m at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational on April 10. Placed eighth in the 1500m race at the USC-UCLA Dual Meet on May 1 with a time of 4:16.41. Had a season-best time of 4:08.50 in the 1500m at the Trojan Invitational on March 20.
HIGH SCHOOL: Washington attended Mumford HS where he had a best time in the 800m of 1:54, the 400m of 48.7 and in the mile of 4:22. He had a 400m split of 49.2 in the 4x400m and a 1:53 split in the 800m...He was All-State, All-Nike America and All-USATF.
PERSONAL: Washington was born on July 24, 1991 in Euclid, Ohio...He likes to listen to music and watch sporting events in his spare time...Lists his favorite actor as Denzel Washington and is a big fan of "Cleveland's finest" Steve Harvey...Washington is a Human Performance major at USC.
