    THIS YEAR: Redshirt junior Spencer Remick will be one of USC's top middle distance runners this season, specializing in the 800m race.

    2012: Redshirted during the 2012 track and field season.

    2011: Placed fourth in the 800m at the USC-UCLA Dual Meet with a PR of 1:53.71. Finished seventh in the 800m with a time of 1:54.83 at the Pomona Pitzer Invitational on April 14.

    2010: Had a season-best time of 1:55.10 in the 800m at the Northridge Invitational

    HIGH SCHOOL: He attended Loyola Academy in Inverness, Illinois. He was a conference champion in the 800m and a three year All-Conference team member in the 800m, 4x800m and 4x400m. Was an indoor state champion in the 4x400m.

    PERSONAL: Spencer was born on May 19, 1991 in Chicago, Illinois...Lists his hobbies as watching videos, playing video games and other sports...Is a diehard Chicago sports fan...Lists his favorite musician as Tim McGraw and favorite song as "Something Like That"...His favorite actor is Russell Crowe and favorite movie is Gladiator...his uncle also attended USC...He is a Business Management major with a minor in Sports Studies at USC...Remick was named to the Pac-10 All-Academic second team.
