THIS SEASON: Senior Taylor Slingsby enters this season as USC's top pole vaulter.
2010: Set a PR with a clearance of 16-0.75 (4.90m) to place second in the "C Section" of the pole vault at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 16.
2009: Had a season-best clearance of 14-7.25 (4.45m) at the Ben Brown Invitational on March 7.
2008 Had a PR of 15-9 (4.80m) to win the men's open pole vault competition at the UC San Diego Invitional on April 25.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Rapid City Central in Rapid City, South Dakota.
PERSONAL: Taylor was born on Jan. 27, 1989 in Rapid City, South Dakota. He is a Business Administration major at USC.
