THIS YEAR: Sophomore Kevin Schwindt is one of USC's top pole vaulters and looks to bounce back from a season-ending injury in 2011.
2011: Suffered a season-ending injury early in the season. Had a season-best clearance of 14-5.40 (4.41m) on Feb. 26.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended The Classical Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo. He was a two-time state champion in the pole vault. Had a best clearance of 14-6.
PERSONAL: Kevin was born on May 6, 1992 in Rapid City, S.D...He likes to snowboard...Lists his favorite musician as Eminem...He is a Computer Engineering and Computer Science major at USC...He is also a member of the Dean's List.
