    Trojans Win Eight Events At Ben Brown Invitational Saturday

    Muhammad wins both hurdles races; Mance wins 400m, Nellum 200m

    THIS YEAR: Junior Jay Porterfield adds to USC's depth in the sprints.

    2011: Set a PR in the 100m dash with a time of 11.13 and the 200m race with a time of 22.98 at the Trojan Tri-Meet on April 2.

    2010: Posted season bests of 11.25 in the 100m dash and 24.02 in the 200m race as a freshman.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Porterfield attended Woodward Academy in Atlanta, Georgia. He was a two-time region champion and a state qualifier in the 4x100 and 4x400. He holds three school records on relay teams.
