    15 Trojans have strong start to season

    THIS YEAR: Senior Jennifer Stutland enters the 2013 season less than two inches outside USC's all-time top 10 in the high jump.

    2012: Stutland only competed in one meet last season, running in a relay at the first meet of the season, the Rossi Relays on Feb. 25. She had some issues with her back, knees and shins which kept her out of action the rest of the season.

    2011: Stutland won the women's high jump with a PR of 5-8 (1.73m) at the Tiny Lister Classic on April 23...She bettered her previous career best jump by nearly five inches. Took fifth place in the high jump with a clearance of 5-7 at the USC-UCLA Dual Meet on May 1. Placed 16th in the high jump by clearing 5-4.75 at the Pac-10 Championships on May 15 in Tucson, Ariz.

    2010: Posted a season best mark of 5-3.25 at the USC/UCLA Dual Meet on May 1.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Stutland attended Paul Laurence Dunbar High in Lexington, Ky. She had a best clearance in the high jump of 5-7.

    PERSONAL: Jennifer was born on Aug. 30, 1990...Likes to spend her time traveling, cooking and being with friends...Lists her favorite recording artists as Jack Johnson and Lupe Fiasco and favorite movie as Anchorman...Is a Business Entrepreneurship major at USC.
